Cengage Report: Accountability in Career Readiness
Cengage's 2025 career readiness report reveals only 51% of graduates felt they had sufficient AI skills when applying for jobs. While 79% of educators agree students need AI experience before graduation, only 37% believe teaching these skills is their responsibility—leaving graduates underprepared as 46% of employers cite AI as reshaping entry-level hiring.
