We do not collect phone numbers, addresses, payment information, or any additional personal data from student users.

1.3. Marketing Communications

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. This does NOT apply to student users. Student users will only receive communications directly related to their course enrollment and educational services. Adult users may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

2. Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

3. Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

10. Student and Minor Privacy

10.1. Age Requirement

Our student courses are available to students aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not register for or use our student courses.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@aiforeducation.io, and we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

10.2. Student Data Collection (Ages 13+)

For student users enrolled in our courses, we collect only the following minimal information necessary to provide educational services:

  • First name and last name

  • Email address

We do NOT collect from student users: phone numbers, physical addresses, payment information, social security numbers, or any other personal data beyond name and email address.

10.3. Use of Student Data

Student data is used solely for educational purposes:

  • To provide access to course materials and learning platforms

  • To track course progress and completion

  • To provide technical support related to the course

We do NOT:

  • Use student data for marketing or advertising purposes

  • Sell or rent student personal information to third parties

  • Share student data except as required by law or as described in this policy

  • Create marketing or profiles of students

10.4. Student Data Retention and Deletion

Student account data will be retained only as long as necessary to provide educational services. Students or their parents/guardians may request deletion of student data at any time by contacting info@aiforeducation.io. Upon such request, we will delete the student's personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10.5. Rights of Students and Parents

Students aged 13-17 and their parents/guardians have the right to:

  • Access and review the student's personal information we have collected

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of the student's personal information

  • Opt-out of any future communications (except essential course-related messages)

10.6. Educator and Professional Users

For adult users accessing our professional development services (educators, administrators, and other professionals), we may collect additional information as described in Section 1.1 to provide services, process payments, and deliver educational resources.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
