Train-the-Trainer Institutes

Kickoff & Discovery (60 min)
We’ll begin with an initial kickoff meeting and discovery session to detail where you are currently in your AI implementation journey.
Introduction to Generative AI (90 min)
After this session, we will provide a dedicated Generative AI training for school staff and leadership to establish a common understanding and proficiency level.
These sessions will outline expectations and ensure alignment on the goals, benefits, and challenges of responsible AI adoption across your school community.
AI Policy Workshop (1/2 Day)
As part of a strong foundation, we will help your institution create a detailed policy or set of guidelines on how AI will be implemented and regulated at your institution, customized to your specific needs.
