Counsel, Education Policy, Software Information Industry Association (SIIA)
Danny serves as Counsel of Education Policy at the Software and Information Industry Association. A Memphis native, he built a career in education and law. After six years in higher education administration, he earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis, focusing on education law. He previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk and Federal Programs Ombudsman for the Tennessee Department of Education. Danny also holds a B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University and an M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina. He lives in Richmond, VA, with his wife and daughter, and enjoys working out, South Carolina football, and good coffee.
